Spicy BBQ Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 tbsp jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lime, juiced
2 pounds Philly's Premium Wild Texas Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the shrimp.
2. Add shrimp and toss thoroughly to coat.
3. Let the shrimp sit in the seasoning paste for 30 minutes while you soak the bamboo skewers in warm water.
4. Prepare the grill and thread the shrimp onto the skewers.
5. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink. Do not overcook!
