Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
1 lb Medium Philly Wild Shrimp
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Cilantro Chopped
¼ Cup Onions Diced
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
¼ Cup Sour Cream in a squeeze bottle
1 Thinly Sliced Avocado
1 Lime Juiced
Romaine Lettuce
Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
1. Put Philly shrimp in a mixing bowl and add in the onion, garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, 2 tbsp olive oil, chopped cilantro, the juice of one lime and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minute to marinate.
3. Add olive oil to a heated up large skillet.
4. Cook shrimp for about 2 minute on each side.
Assembly:
1. Place a few shrimp in a large romaine lettuce leaf.
2. Garnish with cilantro, tomatoes, and avocado.
3. Drizzle sour cream on top and serve!
