Roasted Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 Pound bag of our Philly Wild Shrimp (Tail-on peeled and deveined)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Ketchup
3 Tbsp Horseradish
1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Juiced Lemon
Salt & Pepper
Hot sauce
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 400. Rinse shrimp and pour onto a baking tray lined with foil. Pat the shrimp dry.
2. Add oil, salt & pepper to the shrimp. Mix well. Make sure everything is evenly coated and spread the shrimp out. Put in the oven for 5-10 minutes. They are ready when they are pink and firm.
3. For the cocktail sauce, add the ketchup, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, half of a lemon, salt & pepper to taste and add hot sauce to taste. Mix well.
4. Put the sauce in the sauce container. Add shrimp to the edge of the glass and serve.
