Good Life Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients:
Philly Shrimp
4 firm tomatoes
Half white onion
Cilantro
1 avocado
4 limes
1 jalapeno
Tabasco sauce
Clamato
2 bottles of ketchup
Celery sticks
Preparation:
1. Start by dicing 4 firm tomatoes then place it into a medium sized mixing bowl. In a similar way, chop half an onion and mix it with the tomatoes. Chop up half a cucumber and mix it in the same bowl.
2. In a large mixing bowl, measure out 2 cups of ketchup. Add ½ to ¾ tsp of tabasco sauce. Add about 2 tbsp of lime juice. Whisk all together.
3. Stir all of the prepared vegetables into the large mixing bowl with ketchup. Add more lime juice and tabasco sauce to your liking.
4. Chop up and add half a jalapeño. Add about 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro leaves.
5. Pour in Clamato to help water down the mixture.
6. Stir in your cooked Philly shrimp.
7. Add about ½ cup of chopped avocado.
8. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
